Precautions for the operation of plastic crusher

1. The plastic crusher and power unit should be firmly installed. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; If plastic crushing is required, 5. The operation is simple. For mobile operation, the unit, as a common experimental machine manufacturer, should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and ensure that the pulley groove of the power machine (diesel engine or motor) and the plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane. 2. After the installation of the plastic crusher, check the fastening of the fasteners of each part, and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the toothed claw, hammer and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is collision in the crushing room, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good

4. Don't replace the pulley casually to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high rotating speed, or the working efficiency of the crusher will be affected due to too low rotating speed

5. After the plastic crusher is started, it should be kept idle for 2~3min, and the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample can be detected in a short time before feeding

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at any time during work. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blocking the crushing room; Secondly, don't work overload for a long time. In case of vibration, noise, high temperature of bearing and machine body, outward spraying and other phenomena, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting
