Precautions for compressor operation

1. Always pay attention to whether the pressure, temperature and other process indicators of the compressor meet the requirements. In case of exceeding the standard, the reason should be found and handled in time

2. Regularly check the lubrication system to ensure it is smooth and good. The brand of the lubricating oil used must meet the design requirements, and it will be hot in case of 10000. The three-level filtration system must be strictly implemented for lubricating oil to fully ensure the quality of lubricating oil. The lubricating oil that belongs to recycling must be analyzed and tested regularly, and new oil must be added or replaced and regenerated regularly to keep the flash point, viscosity, moisture, impurities, ash and other indicators of the lubricating oil within the design requirements. Pay attention to the oil pressure and oil level of the oil tank when using the circulating oil pump to supply oil; If the oil filling pump is used for automatic oil filling, pay attention to the oil filling volume of each oil filling point

3. Gas will generate heat during compression; This heat is carried away by the cooling water in the cooler and cylinder jacket. Ensure that the water in the cooler and water jacket is unblocked without blockage. As the fastest-growing material in the world, the cooler and water jacket must be cleaned regularly, and the cooling water temperature should not exceed 40 ℃. If the cooling water is suddenly interrupted when the compressor is running, the cooling water population valve should be closed immediately, and then shut down to allow it to cool naturally, so as to prevent the equipment from bursting when the equipment is very hot

4. Pay attention to the temperature at the inlet and outlet of each stage of the compressor at any time. If the temperature of a certain section of the compressor rises, it may be caused by excessive compression ratio, valve failure, piston ring failure, piston pad wear, poor cooling or lubrication, etc. Immediately check the cause; Handle accordingly. If the cause cannot be determined immediately, stop the machine for comprehensive inspection

5. The oil and water separated from the separator, cooler and buffer should be drained regularly (every 30 n). If the oil and water accumulates too much, it will be taken to the next stage cylinder. A small amount of it will pollute the cylinder, damage the lubrication, and accelerate the wear of piston bearing pads, piston rings, and cylinders; A large number of people will cause liquid hammer and damage the equipment

6. Always pay attention to the working conditions of the moving parts of the compressor. If there is abnormal sound, local overheating, abnormal smell, etc., the cause should be found out immediately and corresponding treatment should be made. If the cause cannot be accurately judged, emergency shutdown shall be carried out. Start the vehicle after finding out the cause and handling it

7. When the compressor is running, if there is air leakage in the cylinder head, valve cover, pipe connecting flange, valve flange and other parts, it is necessary to stop the machine and remove the pressure before handling. It is strictly forbidden to tighten the bolt under pressure to prevent the bolt from breaking due to uneven stress and heavy load

8. In cold seasons, after the compressor stops, the water in the cylinder water jacket and cooler must be drained or the water must be forcibly circulated in the system to prevent the cylinder, equipment and pipeline from freezing and cracking according to the experiments of international research institutions

9. The compressor must be turned before starting. The compressor that compresses combustible gas must be replaced before starting up, and the compressor can be started up only after passing the analysis
