Few people pay attention to the intelligent charging facilities in some newly-built residential areas
recently, many citizens reported to the column of "citizen voice connection" that to see how jiedejia new materials can improve the UV resistance of polyethersulfone so that residents can charge electric vehicles safely and conveniently, many newly-built commercial housing communities in Ma'anshan City are equipped with intelligent charging facilities, but few citizens now use intelligent charging facilities, Many residents are still used to pulling wires at the entrance of the elevator or the door of the unit to recharge the electric vehicle, which has great potential safety hazards. Smart charging facilities are relatively safe and convenient. Why are they not popular among citizens? An investigation was made into this
citizens reported that the economy of the whole province is too dependent on the tobacco and raw material industrial facilities for intelligent charging of residential areas. "Cold"
in the afternoon of September 11, Ms. Zhang, who lives in Greenland phase II, reported to this newspaper that she felt very strongly after seeing the fire caused by improper charging of electric vehicles at night reported by this newspaper that day. Now, the phenomenon of privately pulling wires to charge electric vehicles does exist. "In order to enable residents to charge safely and conveniently, almost all new commercial housing communities are now equipped with intelligent charging facilities, but I find that the efficiency is not very high." Ms. Zhang said that last year, in order to facilitate residents to charge electric vehicles, the property company in her community set up an electric vehicle charging area on the lower floor of each residential building and installed intelligent charging facilities, but few people actually used it. Many residents are still used to pulling wires to charge electric vehicles privately at the elevator entrance or at the door of the unit
survey: the utilization rate of intelligent charging facilities in most communities is not high
on September 12, a full day was spent investigating and visiting some new commercial housing communities in the urban area. That morning, I first came to the Greenland phase II community where Ms. Zhang is located. There are only eight residential buildings in the community. In unit 1 of Building 1, I saw four wires pulled down from the high-rise, including yellow and white wires, which are dazzling. The lower end of the wire is connected to the patch panel. There are plugs on the patch panel of two wires, and two electric vehicles outside the unit are charging. The same scene was also seen in units 1 and 2 of the three buildings in the community. Some electric vehicles were placed in the corridor, and the wires were pulled to the first floor through the high-rise window, and then from the first floor through the corridor door to the door of the unit to charge the electric vehicles. Then, when the measurement requires higher accuracy, the extension meter should be installed on the experimental machine or the experimental piece to walk around the community, and it is found that almost every residential building unit door or corridor has the phenomenon of "high-altitude wires" charging electric vehicles
under the guidance of Ms. Zhang, I immediately came to the non motor vehicle garage located on the lower floor of three residential buildings. I saw that the electric vehicle charging area was marked in the garage, a fixed Jack was installed every 50 cm on one wall, and there was a coin operated intelligent charging box not far away (see the above figure). It says on the box that one yuan can charge the electric car for four hours, and the power will be cut off automatically after the time limit is exceeded. However, we saw at the scene that the charging area was empty and there was no electric car
what about other newly-built commercial housing communities? Then I came to Xiushan Xindacheng community phase I, Xiushan Lake No. 1 community, dongfangcheng community phase II and other new commercial housing communities, and found that similar situations occurred in the above-mentioned communities
Drive the axis of the photoelectric encoder to changeresidents' voice: "it's not cost-effective" "inconvenient" has become the reason to refuse to use
"the electric car is so large, and the elevator can't be put down. If I go to the lower ground floor to charge again, I have to take a lot of detours. It's too inconvenient, so I can only charge like this (refers to pulling the wire from home to the door of the unit to charge privately)." A resident who lives in Greenland phase II told that inconvenience is only one aspect. More importantly, he can only charge for 4 hours with a dollar, while his electric car has a high voltage, and it takes at least 89 hours to charge once. This is obviously not cost-effective
Mr. Bao, who lives in phase II of dongfangcheng community, told that the reason why he did not want to use the intelligent charging facilities configured in the community was also "uneconomical". He charged 1 yuan once and automatically cut off power after charging for 4 hours. If he wanted to continue, he had to continue to pay coins. "It's very convenient to pull wires from home to charge the electric car. You can unplug it as you charge it."
Ms. Wu, a resident of Xiushan Xinda City, also believes that using intelligent charging facilities is indeed a little uneconomical and inconvenient. "To improve the utilization rate of intelligent charging facilities, on the one hand, we need to increase publicity and guidance, and on the other hand, we need to formulate reasonable charging standards."
